Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we offer a simple 15 day return window from the day your order arrives.
Eligibility for returns
Your item must be in its original condition. Unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and step by step instructions.
Any items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and fix it.
Items that cannot be returned
Some items are final sale.
This includes custom or personalised products, personal care and beauty items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, send us a message and we will help.
Exchanges
If you want to swap an item, the fastest way is to return your original item. Once it is approved, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to complete the processing.
